Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the domains nonamebymm.com and their sub-domains (henceforth: the site). The Terms & Conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with noName by Mathilde Matheson AS (henceforth: noName; may be referred to as ’us’ or ’we’) and visits to the site. noName reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions.
Sale of Merchandise
We ask that you please read these Terms & Conditions before placing an order on nonamebymm.com, and that you do not place any orders unless you understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions. When a Customer places a purchase order the Customer agrees and consents to these Terms & Conditions.
Please note that the Terms & Conditions may be amended or modified from time to time by us without notice at our sole discretion.
You must be at least 18 years of age to shop at nonameby.com.
Disclaimer
noName does not guarantee that all items included in the noName webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, noName will contact you shortly by phone or by email. noName cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. noName may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although noName strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and webshop, errors may occur.
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
All prices on noNamebymm.com are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of ordering.
All prices include VAT. Note that we do not stand responsible for any extra VAT or duty costs outside of Norway. The customer is fully responsible to research all VAT and duty costs of their repective country before proceeding with an order.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to at any time change or discontinue styles, colors, sizes or fabrics.
If you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, noName will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. noName, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.
Notice of defects
The Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. If the merchandise has defects or items are missing you may according to the circumstances require a re-delivery, a refund or that the agreement be cancelled. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession.
The Customer shall notify noName in writing within 10 days of the Customer’s receipt of the merchandise of any claims resulting from delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by the Customer. The claim can be made to orders@nonamebymm.com. (Please include your order reference number in the e-mail subject line).
We cannot accept claims or returns of merchandise which has been altered, laundered, or modified in any manner. Unless directed otherwise by a customer representative of noName, all damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to us to receive credit in respect of a purchase.
Limitation of liability
noName will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or series of events beyond our reasonable control. The Customer acknowledges that noName shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages including but, not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, or personal injuries resulting from use or sale of our merchandise.
Any statutory rights, which you have as a consumer, which cannot be excluded or limited, will not be affected by these Terms & Conditions.
noName will not be held responsible for any damaged caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. noName cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the site.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are complied in accordance with Norwegian Law and the Norwegian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Norway and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

Copyright in the documents provided in this site (including, without limitation, the trademarks of noName, logos, graphics, text, photos, designs, logos, icons, images, data and software) are owned by or licensed to noName and its affiliates.
